- Stake limits per day, week or month. Lower limits apply at once, higher ones after 24 hours.
- Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently.

- Set yourself a time limit before you start.
- Take regular breaks.
- Don't let the game get in the way of work, school, family or sleep.
